KEY DEFINITION
O/O Owner Occupied, owner lives in subject property.
NO/O Non-Owner Occupied, owner rents, 2nd home, etc.
1×30 Borrower late 30-days 1 time (4×30 = 30-days 4 times, etc…)
1×60 Borrower late 60-days 1 time (2×60 = 60-days 2 times, etc…)

A  Credit Rating ("A" Paper)
1×30 (0x30 @ 100% LTV)
EXCELLENT Credit
45-55% Debt Ratio
O/O=90%, NO/O=80% O/O=100% (30-Yr Fixed)

1×30 within the last 12 months acceptable.
Excellent consumer credit otherwise.
Debt ratio at 45-55% of gross monthly income.
O/O:  Borrower’s down payment is at least 10%, (0% for 30 year fixed).

NO/O:  Borrower down payment is 20%.

A- Credit Rating
2×30 (1×30 @ 100% LTV)

GOOD Credit

O/O=90%, NO/O=75% O/O=100% (30-Yr Fixed)
