Chris Brown

Chris is the principal of CB Investments. Chris has 18 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and has led CB Investments since its inception in 1996. He prides himself on integrity and giving his clients the best in service and results. He feels strongly that a strong work ethic bolstered by continual research and education is paramount to client satisfaction. He received his BS in finance and accounting from University of Colorado-Boulder (CU) in 1989. He received an MBA in business administration from University of Southern California (USC), graduating with honors in 1998.

Debi Elliott

Debi Elliott is the operations manager of CB Investments. In this capacity, Debi manages the loan underwriting process, interfacing with investors, 3rd party vendors, and clients. In addition to this, she serves as the escrow officer for CB Investments’ Escrow Division. She also is a licensed loan officer and notary public. Prior to joining CB Investments 6 years ago, she spent over 20 years in corporate finance as a controller and has extensive experience in financial analysis. Her attention to detail makes her a strong asset to our clients and to CB Investments. She holds a BS degree in finance from Cal State- Long Beach (CSULB) and an MBA from Pepperdine University, graduating with honors in 1995.
